Kim Basler is a Food Freedom & Mindset Coach, Speaker, and co-author of the best-selling book “Owning Your Choices.”

After a 30 year long "career" chained to diet culture while working full time in the fitness industry, Kim recognized her self-worth needed to go deeper than a number on a scale and she began her healing journey from the inside out.

Through her certification in eating psychology & mind body nutrition as well as being trained in Hypnotherapy and NLP, she exists to empower women around the world to go deeper than another diet and learn to love the woman they see in the mirror.
