- What weight stigma and fat phobia are, and how they contribute to the development of body insecurities
- How the common fears of body change and pressures to have a certain body type are these problematic to our ability to love ourselves
- What "mirror work" is and the impact it can have on loving the skin we're in
- Steps we can take to fall in love with our naked bodies
- Keri's advice for empowering ourselves, and others, to get to a place of genuine self-love and acceptance

Keri Emme is a Body Empowerment Advocate, writer, and podcaster based in Portland, Oregon. She spends her time encouraging others (and herself) to give the finger to diet culture and arbitrary beauty standards. Through mirror work and EFT she works with women to help them shed the idea that their body needs to change and helps them focus on the idea of loving and accepting their body exactly as it is.
